SHIPPING DELAYS ARE OCCURING ON INBOUND AND OUTBOUND PARCELS.

While the Holidays and Canada Post strike may cause a bit of a slowdown in shipping and delivery, we’re putting on our superhero capes and teaming up with UPS + FedEx + Purolator + Sendle + Canpar + ICS to keep your orders moving as best we can. Think of it as your package taking the scenic route—but it’ll still arrive safe and sound! 😊

How do I find the right size?

We’ve made it super easy to find your perfect fit! Each product’s sizing details are right where you need them—in the Product Description or even a product photo. These guides are tailored specifically to the item you're viewing. Plus, you'll find a general size guide just below the available sizes on every product page.

Our clothing is designed to celebrate real women in all shapes and sizes.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a store credit. You can start this process HERE.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship via UPS, Fedex, Canada Post Expedited and United States Postal Service (USPS).

Express shipping is available for an additional $40 if you need your order faster than normal. Please reach out to us for assistance with this to ensure your order will reach you in time.

What is the shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (before taxes).

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Does your order say Delivered, but you don't have it yet? We have no control over the parcel once it ships, and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but will try to help you to locate it. Send us an email at [email protected] to let us help you start a claim with Canada Post to find it!

All shipments have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If no shipping insurance is purchased we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.

Do you ship overseas?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

What is your return policy?

Didn't love it? No worries!

We accept items back for store credit via gift card or exchange only.

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke), animal hair, and/or make-up. If you send back an item that does not meet this criteria, we will send it back to you with a note explaining why your return was not accepted.

Discount codes and coupons are not refundable.

Orders paid with Gift Cards will be refunded to the Gift Card first.

Exchanges must be started within 14 days of delivery. To start an exchange, just go HERE.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All shipments must be sent back within 14 days of the claim acceptance, and they must arrive in proper packaging to ensure they do not arrive damaged. If they arrive damaged they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

We provide exchanges, and the exchange order will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee. But, we don't know what your exchange order is if you don't tell us! Please ensure you let us know what you are exchanging for at the time of starting your return. If the item you are hoping to exchange for sells out before we receive your return item, you will be issued a store credit.


We strive to treat all of our customers fairly and consistently and will not make any exceptions to this policy.

[FINAL SALE]
Items that are FINAL SALE include: undergarments (bras, underwear), hats, jewelry, any free gifts, or if mentioned in special promotion. Sale items are Final Sale.

[DEFECTIVE ITEMS]
Upon receiving your new items, try them on, make sure they fit, take some selfies - we want to see how great you look and to hear how much you LOVE your items! If you think you have received a defective item, Contact us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. We do our absolute best to ensure that every item shipped is free from defects. However, in the instance that this happens, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. Please also make sure you remove tags with a scissor vs ripping them out- as that may cause a hole to your garment and deem it not returnable.

Where do you ship from?

Our main office is in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada where we prep and ship to you! Expedited shipping is our standard method of shipping, but we do offer Express shipping when you need your cute new style in a hurry!

Holiday Return Policy

All purchases made between November 14 - December 24 are eligible for our Holiday Return Policy! This policy allows for an extension to January 10, 2025 to start your return.
To keep things fair for everyone, please make sure items are in their original, unworn condition—free from odors, stains, or pet hair. If an item comes back looking loved (or lived in), we won’t be able to accept it. Thanks for understanding! ❤️

I have a problem with my delivered order!

If you have any issues with your order please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you via [email protected]. Please, don't wait months to email us about a problem - that makes things hard to resolve!
